Rule 32
Can apply
(1) The following persons may submit an application to the Registrar along with the application as per schedule-3:-
(a) For the enforcement of the fundamental rights provided by the Constitution or for the enforcement of any other legal right for which there is no provision for another remedy or for the enforcement of any other legal right where such remedy is found to be insufficient or ineffective even if there is provision for another remedy, an application made under sub-section (2) of Article 133 of the Constitution, a person whose right is affected, br> (b) An application made under sub-section (2) of Article 133 of the Constitution for the determination of any constitutional or legal question involved in any dispute of public right or interest, by a person having meaningful relationship and material interest in such matter.
(2) When submitting an application according to sub-rule (1), even if it is the same decision or subject, if different facts, grounds and legal questions are mentioned from person to person, then each person will have to submit a separate application.
